Billing questions
What's in the free preview?
Upload your material and we'll build the outline (lectures and learning objectives) plus 10 sample questions from your first 10 pages, so you can judge the quality before paying. One preview per person.
What counts as a page?
One PDF or Word page, one PowerPoint slide, or one photo, with up to about 3,000 characters of text. A page packed with more, like tiny-font notes, counts as 2. Pasted text counts as one page per ~3,000 characters.
Is there a limit on how much I can make?
Each plan includes its pages plus a fair-use amount of AI work. Most students never reach it. If you make lots of very short sets (a few pages each), or very heavy ones, you may reach it before your pages run out (around 400 pages on Student). New games then pause until it refills, and we show the date. Games you've already made keep working.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Student is month to month: cancel from your account page and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. The Exam Pass is a one-time payment that simply ends.
What happens to my sets if I stop paying?
They stay playable, and share links keep working. You just can't make new games until you upgrade again.
Can I share a set with my whole class?
Yes. On Student or an Exam Pass, publish your set and share the link (add a class code if you like). Classmates play free, and their progress is saved when they sign in. A Class Pass for study-group leaders and TAs is coming soon.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, contact us within 14 days of paying and we'll make it right.
